Attention Pontiac G8 owners, this it the clutch you need for serious power builds. The stock clutch on the G8 GT GXP is made for stock horsepower and your beyond stock power levels. Our premium Mantic twin disc clutch can handle 1010 ft-lbs of torque capacity at the crank, roughly up to 820-850 ft-lbs at the wheels.  The ceremetallic friction material and all billet construction make it the best for severe duty yet street friendly.  The Mantic 9000 is perfect for any supercharger upgrades, turbochargers, nitrous or big cubic inch N/A builds.

The Mantic Chevy SS clutch use 9" diameter discs that greatly reduce the Moment of Inertia (MOI) for a seamless transition of power between gears. More horsepower to the ground as well as quicker precise shifts is the huge benefit over the stock clutch. The lightweight flywheel allows quicker revs compared to the heavier OE units.
