ProCharger is proud to add another product to our expansive truck/suv lineup–a complete air-to-air intercooled supercharger system for work hard, play hard 2014-18 GM trucks and SUV’s equipped with the 5.3L LT1 engine. The HO Intercooled System features a shared-drive design for the self-contained P-1SC-1 supercharger and comes standard with a large 3 core intercooler (horizontal or vertical) and a patented, self-contained oiling design. These new systems produce a reliable 45-50% horsepower gain with just 8 psi and factory fuel injectors, on otherwise stock engines running pump gas.

With both the HO Intercooled System and Tuner Kit you also have your choice of the helical gearset option for lower supercharger noise levels, your choice of air inlet design, 3 core vertical intercooler upgrade, and options for supercharger and bracket finishes–satin, polished, or our new black finish.

ProCharger’s patented and proven self-contained supercharger oiling design eliminates the need for external oil lines or the need to tap into the engine’s oil supply. This simplifies the installation while also providing superior lubrication and lower supercharger oil temperatures.

Helical Gearset for Noise Reduction
The standard ProCharger P-1SC-1 supercharger featured in these systems is now available with a helical gearset for lower noise levels from the supercharger. ProCharger is the only supercharger manufacturer to offer this kind of choice on both the standard, P-1SC-1 supercharger as well as the higher-output, D-1SC supercharger.

Note: 2017-18 Trucks require vertical intercooler. 2017-18 SUV's require horizontal intercooler.
