ATI has designed the Camaro SS HO Intercooled System to be compatible with both stock and modified vehicles. The robust billet bracket design utilizes strategic mounting points on the LT1 motor, ensuring maximum bracket strength and integrity. This system firmly holds ProCharger head units, ranging from the entry-level P-1SC-1 to the impressive F-1A-94. Plus, you won't need to remove any OEM parts during the bracket installation, allowing the factory braking, cooling, and oiling systems to work as intended by GM.
With just 7 psi on pump gas, your 2016-2023 Camaro SS can experience a horsepower gain of 150+ HP, thanks to our HO Intercooled System with the P-1SC-1 head unit. Our robust billet bracket system, combined with a dedicated belt drive and patented crank pulley design, ensures secure installation. The 7.65" supercharger drive pulley is securely gripped onto the factory harmonic balancer using our ProCharger crank pulley's "cam-locks" system. This design not only takes the load off the crank bolt but also guarantees years of worry-free service. The system's excellent belt wrap, achieved by combining the 7.65" crank pulley with the robust ProCharger tensioner near the supercharger pulley, provides consistent belt traction for both the factory 7 psi system and higher boost levels on modified vehicles. Our tensioner is spring-loaded and allows for adjustable pre-load, supporting 1300+ horsepower when used with dedicated 8-rib belts. This ensures stress-free handling of the factory 7 psi and allows for future modifications and power upgrades.
This system is also designed to be the easiest complete Camaro supercharger system to install. With an estimated installation time of just 5-6 hours, any competent gearhead can complete the installation over a weekend. Both intercooler options eliminate the need to remove any cooling systems in the new Camaro. Our supercharger kits come with one piece of preformed-silicone charge tubing from the intercooler to the throttle body. The added insulation of silicone helps cool the air charge inside the tubing around the Camaro's hot radiators, providing one of the significant advantages of a ProCharger intercooled supercharger system.
Tuning is included in the 7 psi factory system offering. You'll receive a user-friendly handheld programmer that allows you to monitor and data-log your car's systems.
